Harald Notini Böhlmarks Model 225 Floor Lamp 1940s
A floor lamp designed by Harald Notini for Böhlmarks Lampfabrik, Stockholm. Model 225, stamped P225 to the base, is a precise architectural form: a slender column rising from a weighted circular base, topped by a conical shade with a pleated interior and adjustable on an original brass gooseneck. The coiled brass neck has developed a warm, even patina over its lifetime and contrasts quietly with the re-lacquered body.
The lamp has been re-lacquered in a matt Grey White, a warm off-white with a cool grey undertone widely used in modernist architecture and industrial design. The matt finish brings a considered restraint to the restoration.
Updated with new electrics throughout: twisted fabric cord, bakelite E27 fitting, EU plug, and floor switch. Ready to use.
Three available. Price is for one.
