An industrial thick moulded glass vide poche, Nevada, manufactured by Saint Gobain, 1928. Nevada was famously used in designs by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, Pierre Chareau and Jacques Adnet to complement several of their creations.

Le Corbusier was the first one to employ the beautiful Nevada glass elements in a studio apartment project, le Salon d'Automne 1929, in collaboration with Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret. Pierre Chareau used the Nevada elements as the first facade to be built entirely in glass in his project 'Maison de Verre', 1931 and Jacques Adnet used them for his side table stands bound in his signature stitched leather.
