Area 50 Mario Bellini

An intelligently designed ceiling lamp by Mario Bellini for Artemide, made with a single flat piece of resin paper deformed and reshaped by the lamp fixture. Adjustable with a counterweight and donut shaped pulley system. Beautiful soft diffused lighting.

Four models were designed by Mario Bellini in 1973  (type 10, 20, 40 and 50) as a desk lamp, floor lamp, ceiling lamp and wall lamp. 

Original version, some dark dots/marks on resin. Not distracting.
