Alexandre Kostanda (1921 - 2007) for Vallauris Ceramique vase. Signature nuanced glaze of grey, ochre and tobacco tones.

Alexandre Kostanda was a celebrated ceramacist working in the Vallauris, in the Burgundy region of France. He typically used clay from Cluny mixed with local Vallauris earth.

Signed and stamped 'A. Kostanda, Vallauris'.
