Mini Bowls Alexander Kostanda

A pair of bowls by Alexander Kostanda (1921 - 2007) for Vallauris Ceramique with his signature nuanced glaze of cloudy grey, brown and white tones.

Alexander Kostanda was a celebrated ceramicist working in Vallauris (the Burgundy region of France). He typically used clay from Cluny mixed with local Vallauris earth.

Both are hand signed and stamped 'AK, Vallauris'. Sold as a pair.
