A highly collectible modernist centrepiece or basket designed by the Italian designer Lino Sabattini. Formed from one piece of organically twisted silver plated tubing. A stunning piece for any table setting.

Lino Sabattini (1925–2016) was an Italian designer best known for his silver and metalware. Mentored by Gio Ponti, Sabattini blended a neo-classical style with a modernist and minimalist aesthetic.  His refined designs of everyday objects in silver and metals are highly collectible objects. 

Made in Italy 1970s, Silver plated with markings.

Some minor scratches and marks.
